if he has a small meningioma that isn't rapidly growing it's either unnessecary or outright detrimental to remove it in most cases. something like 2% of people end up getting one and most times nobody knows until they're on an autopsy table

I too have a small brain tumor since I was 6 (I'm now 34) and it hasn't grown and I haven't got it removed
Fun thing is it gives me some kind of "superpowers" for example sometimes time just runs so slowly for me I am able to think 10x times faster than everybody else, or I become ultra-aware of my environment while walking, or some other weird shit I'm sure it's because of the tumor
