bruh what's the fucking point in doing that if you're not an athlete

impress women with my caveman eloquence after I get concussed

what happened to them?

>The first one
Damn he couldnt even lift it. The girl was laughing at him too. That one's a fucking nightmare of an embarassment.

Is it true that Romanians are very big on gym culture?

yes, it's a waste of money and time
I rather pick up rocks or dig a ditch in case I might need it

Lifting too much, causing a massive spike in blood pressure. Brain does a 404 and down you go.

t. 50 kilo 1.60cm

does that cause any permanent damage?

gyms have a lot of iron in them, romanians like stealing iron
you do the math

Imagine being too stupid to lift weights

It's not because the heart fails?

>first clip
>woman doesnt try to help at all, just laughs at him as he falls over and hits his head, probably getting a concussion or something
>only "helps" when she would look completely apathetic if she didnt
I hate women so much

Have you ever fainted before?

why, yes. Got a problem?

yes

they don't know how to breath
No

It can cause permanent damage. Blood pressure spikes like that could easily give you a stroke or heart attack. But most people just pass out and then wake up feeling like shit. Unless they hit their head or something falling down.
No.

there is a chance but its very unlikely

It's the same as that then. The only danger is if you hit your head on the way down

nah, almost never

It's not breathing that is the issue here. Even with the elevated burn of oxygen there's not enough time between lift and fail to cause hypoxia.
I work in a gym and when people use body monitors you can see the blood pressure skyrocket just before they go down. Oxygen levels stay pretty much the same.

>What's the point of being strong if you're not an athlete
God i hate weak men

I haven't been there since I passed out at the gym, it was embarrassing

No. Only insecure self-hating schizos care that much about their image.

Why do you need to lift that much weight anyway? When the hell am I going to come across a situation in life where I'll need to pickup over 100kg off the ground?

stay a weak "man"

When are you gonna need that strength? In this society when?

It's a matter of principle

>When the hell am I going to come across a situation in life where I'll need to pickup over 100kg off the ground?
Never know when you get that extra thicc gf.

Gyms here are popular for 20-30 year olds and 50+ year olds.

What principle? Modern weight lifting is just to look good and pick up shit and put it down

stay weak if you want, i won't

your iron looks better in my gym

it looks good and only thing that matter is beatuy
i rest my case

>they don't know how to breath
That's not it. You really can't avoid it.

Some people, like me are addicted to it. Makes me feel good.
