depends a lot on your level of experience, what country you're from, what field you're writing in, etc
i suggest you check some job seeing websites in bosnia and type in programmer, see what comes up. don't worry that most of the listings will be "senior with X years of experience blah blah blah", there are entry level positions as well
in a recent study i saw that programmer was the highest paid job in bg on average, around 4 times more than farmers or cashiers

and sure there are very good programmers who are paid very well, but you also gotta factor that there are really rich farmers who own lots of land and also the tourist season staff are paid much better than rest of the year, so it's hard to say, but at least twice the minimum wage is probably a close number "on average"
