Africa is unironically probably totally fucked in the mid to long-term. Catastrophically high birth rates combined with the continent set to be by far the most affected by climate change will be a double whammy that will royally fuck everything to hell and back.
The fact of the matter is that continued strain on the continent's resources will almost certainly result in one of the most deadly events in all of human history as things spiral out of control, with possibly hundreds of millions dying due to warfare, famine, and drought all hitting what is projected to be a continent of 5-7 billion people by century's end.
The continent is tenuous as fuck already and is already facing issues of water shortages in its more populated areas. Nigeria alone could have a larger population than China by century's end, and the northern reaches of that country are already having real issues with water. Never even fucking mind food. Never even fucking mind extrapolating this out to the whole continent.
The African people are not genetically inclined for civilisation as we know it. They were happier living in small, isolated communities and that is how it always ought to be.

Some portion of them will flee and take refuge in your country, there's nothing to be cheerful about. Unless you can elect a right-wing government that is loyal to its people and is willing to enforce anti-immigration policies
