I think demographic decline is inevitable. Compare 19th century most populous countries were in Europe. Italy in 1910 had more people than Ottomans back then which included most of arabian peninsula. Rest of the world is getting the population boom today that west had got in 19th century. Eventually aging populace will also be a problem in other places.

You must also take into account that the ageing population is caused in great part by their general lack of wealth (the Germans are usually quite poor, it's the state that is rich, 50% tax is the norm here) and the fact that women are part of the workforce. How are they going to have the money/power to raise children? If the government cared they could change this, but they don't.

I don't know much about that, Europe is still quite wealth. Compare Afghans who are dirt poor but make 7-8 kids. decline of purchase power can be seen as a reason why there are no more kids. but I think it is mostly due to industrilization and urbanization, even in turkey rural poluca who migrate to cities suddenly drop to 0-1 births.
Compare Scandi countries for example, one of the wealthiest countries on earth very high standard of living very nice benefits, education, healthcare, paternal leave,paternal leave yet they don't have enough kids either. I mean if we take your argument and apply it to Turkey or Korea with long working hours or USA with high cost of healthcare yeahy sure, but scandis have no excuse.
