United States which is 1.70 (US is 88% urban),
France which is 2.1 (80% urban)
Indian women who move to Indian cities have a lower chance of having children than women in US, France, and Australia. Keep in mind the population of urban India is 400 million and increasing. Pajeets looking at China's demographic crisis aren't realizing India will be facing the same crisis in 20 years time.
