these are a new zealand treat made by my local takeaway shop, they are called cheesy wheezies and if you catch them in season, you will have one heckin feast. man i wish i could eat cheesy wheezies every day - they're called that because they give you heart attacks which would let me out of this miserable existence a touch earlier.

It's great for the cold :))) It's actually chicken broth, with potatoes, pumpkin, corn, carrot slices and various spices. I prepared a large pot yesterday, and it lasts about 3 days. Typical Chilean winter dish and is called "Cazuela de Pollo".

I made a delicious mushroom risotto, with white wine, parmesan, fresh cream, it was delicious
these mushurooms are called "trompettes de la mort" (trumpets of death), despite their name they are not toxic and are delicious
