Investments provide higher rate of return in capital scarce regions than in capital abundant regions because of diminishing returns (other things being equal) so Eastern "European" shitholes have consistently higher growth rates. It's like a manlet whose body suddenly remembers at 18 years of age that it's supposed to grow and consequently he will have a higher growth rate than lanklet peers
