my favorite one is Saint-Cast le Guildo, one the armory coast, it's a "vacation town" so expensive but great and calm.
Dinard is great too.
Cancale if you want to go further and closer to Normandy
Concarneau in the Finistère.
I'm more of an Armorican and not a specialist of others britanny places, it's a big region, if you plan to visit, I suggest you to visit little towns.
