A majority of the place might as well be in the southwest it's so poorly planned.
One of the few places in the US were there are legit dangerous suburbs. Legit hell. None of the convenience of the city, but still with a higher murder rate in some cases. Most of the criminals that operate in the city come from the east bay. The place is our even more retarded little brother.
