My GPU is from 2016 and I should he able to sell it with a profit

My GPU and PSU are basically dead. I'm getting a Steam Deck now, can't be arsed to build a new PC just to emulate old games.

I upgrade every year

For me, it's Windows XP.

my computer is just 1 year old

Don't, old hardware is soul and comfy

Thinkpad?

I think it's software your thinking about

What hardware are you using

I mean really old hardware might be comfy for some but not like 5-10 yr old, it's just slower and worse

7 years
still waiting for newer gpus to be affordable ... just waiting ... waiting

I had been using a VAIO laptop from 2008 up until a few moths ago
it was absolute shit, I had to put linux on it because it was unbearable with windows
right now I use a laptop from 21 and I'm satisfied with it. planning to use it for 3 more years or so

Some parts in my PC are 12 years old and other parts are 2 months old.

My 2010 laptop is surprisingly capable but obviously I use the PC I bought for covid lockdowns a lot more

yea
