White countries have proper manners and look clean. Where did the cultural difference come from?

Trash piles up when there's no system to process it. We have a recycling industry and burn the un-processable remainder for energy in power plants. Trash pickup is reasonably efficient because municipal contractors aren't corrupt as fuck. It's essentially a lack of responsibility on the people's part. Indians don't see the cleanliness of their surroundings as their own responsibility. "It's not my problem", "Everyone else also does it", "It's the government's fault, they should get it cleaned", it's a nation of selfish chuds who would rather ignore the real issues for boogeyman tier shit like religion and politics. Their concern for hygiene ends at the door of their house. They don't even notice it and happily skip over puddles of filth, cow shit and trash, without realising how absolutely disgusting it really is.
