C'mon with this bullshit. I go to movies to escape reality

>Again, not much is known about the story of the new film, but Ball did take to Twitter to assure fans that it would not be a reboot and “...Caesar’s legacy will continue”, referring to Andy Serkis’ ape character in the recent trilogy.

Nice

Why would anyone want that

>is a documentary that takes place in modernday america
wtf??

Do you enjoy the films of Wes Ball?

At least war ended with a nice open-but-specific ending that could either lead directly into the 1968 movie or go a completely direction

summarize the plot of these movies in 2 sentences

>tfw all of the apes will be played by african americans

I never knew Raimi was directing this film.

>looked him up
>directed the maze runner movies
I never read the books but I did enjoy those, one being a lot better than the rest but not bad is what I remember.
I feel like the new apes movie is gonna be akin to those movies but I don't know what to expect really

>The new analysis of the rhesus monkey genome, conducted by an international consortium of more than 170 scientists, also reveals that humans and the macaques share about 93 percent of their DNA. By comparison, humans and chimpanzees share about 98 to 99 percent of their DNA.

Like it or not, we're all monke.

Go back in the direction of the original books and have the apes start their futuristic society. This was how it was in the books, but they were limited by budget, hence why ape society is so simplistic in the original films.

very nice
