I only have 2 keyboard layouts, but if i wanted to have 4 i think i would've made it that way that you can switch between English/russian and Greek/Chinese with shift+alt and between each of 2 languages in these 2 sets with ctrl+shift. To punch the same buttons a million times just to get to the language you need right now would be pretty inconvenient.
