In my city the tap water is clean.

Brazil has mainly cities and almost the totality of the country is civilized. There are very poor people as you go going north and northeast, this is the problem.

I earn just enough that I can manage to vacation in some Eastern European countries, and maybe some parts of Portugal and Spain. But I barely have any time and I'm always contemplating whether I should just keep saving my money and hope to buy some property and get passive income out of there, then I could visit firstie places. There's also the option of Latin America, I really want to visit the Chilean fjords and I've heard that Uruguay is really chill too.
