He's decent to watch. I prefer watching his pissed off steely intensity over Ramsay flip flopping between angry nutcase and mundane nice guy. Marco does lean a bit too much into the edge (for when he's younger) or trying to sound wise/profund (when older), what with the long dramatic pauses and speaking slowly. He also does chat some bullshit in the knorr stuff like flip flopping between oil in the pasta water (in one video, says he never does it. In another in the same kitchen, he DOES do it because his death mother did it) and that knorr will always beat any homemade stock.
