Why didnt HIMYM work compared to a show like Friends? HIMYM had real potential early on but by season 4 the show is a parody of itself and by the final couple seasons its unwatchable

it was never watchable, what the fuck is wrong with you?

>Look guys im cool i dislike a popular show
cringe

how i NPC'd myself to death

Ted is a unlikable cunt, literally makes the show unwatchable

LEGEN......... WAIT FOR IT

.....DARY

Is that Cristin Milioti? I just watched Palm Springs, and she was really cute in it.

Isn't the protagonist gay or some shit?

HIMYM is unironically superior to friends at their peaks

It was the most woke sitcom of the time, with literally faggots acting like they can be a lovely monogamous married couple and adopt children without abusing them

wrong

HIMYM was the exact same show as Friends. You're retarded if you think one worked but not the other.

that’s modern family you retarded faggot

Ted is Ross, but unlikeable

Robin is Rachel, but unlikeable

Barney is Joey, but unlikeable and kinda rapey

Marshall is Chandler, but not funny
Lily is Monica, but better

God you are retarded

>Ted is Ross, but unlikeable
So just Ross?
>Robin is Rachel, but unlikeable
So just Rachel?
>Marshall is Chandler, but not funny
Shit opinion.
>Lily is Monica, but better
Lily is the worst character from both of the shows, while Monica is the best. You have horrible taste.

Monica is a ugly whore

>Rachel
>likeable
>Barney being a male slut is a bad thing
your literally a woman shut up
Every female character in friends is a cunt, Lily is a sweetheart

The real reason is that it started in 2005, and lasted through a financial crisis that was basically ignored by the show/cast. So no one cares about a bunch of rich people living in New York City who don't have to deal with joblessness, getting evicted, watching their investments get cut in half, or any real consequences.
