Depends. It's very true about how one bad thought can ruin your trip but a low dosage (1 or 2 tabs) and staying in control of the trip makes you feel pretty happy. Overall, LSD needs lots of mental stimulation (music, movies, drawing) or else you feel pretty restless but it's fun when you're vibing with what's going on around you.
Only time I've ever done a large dose of acid (about 6 tabs) I ended up slipping in and out of consciousness while walking around my house, patting my cat and continuously taking a shower in 10 minute intervals. Was not fun at all.
Should also add the comedown for me is the best part because the euphoria is unmatched by any other drug I've ever done. LSD tends to be fairly clean, easy to conceal and is 100% safe.
