It's from some hacker on YT who scams online scammers.
He pretended to be an old lady responding to scammers who helped her get some kind of coupons for the scammers to redeem, but then "she" redeemed them instead and the scammers were screeching at "her" the entire time.

Nah it was about Google gift cards.
They wanted him to give them the codes but he just pretended to redeem them to his own account (turning them into account money which can't be transfered).
Gift cards are the preferred way of money transfer for a lot of criminals because it's basically impossible to trace as people buy them physically in a store.
