Also, everything is finalized with my future employer. Managed to make them include a health insurance in the contract, and flexible hours, so I can enter to work and leave at any time I want, as long as I do 40h a week. Can also work at home when I want.
As for the work itself, they told me when I enter the workforce they'll already have 3 weeks of work delayed, so I'll suffer kek

Project management, process design and industrialization basically. I decide the needs of the factory in terms of hardware and software, project (with the team) the future stuff, manage a product life cycle and deal with subcontractors (basically deal with comoanies like my old one).
Also, if there's an emergency and I have to go to the factory they'll pay me extra by each km made, which is amazing. But only "off work hours" aka night or weekend.
Yes, it's a factory, but a huge, clean and cozy factory, filled with office cuties.
