lol I think I'm gonna have to send the mouse back after all, randomly slows down after some time. Tried reinstalling drivers, various settings, nothing helped

you mean the pointer gets slow and then fast again, might be that signals get lost and que up?
might be a bluetooth issue, you could try getting another bluetooth adapter

no not like this, like the dpi changes to a lower value, if I go to the settings of the program for the mouse and lower then increase it to the same value it's normal again. It doesn't speed up if I don't do that

also interesting thing, the "enhance pointer precision" option checks itself after installing the mouse drivers even though it was unchecked before and if I uncheck it it turns itself on again after some time
