Since the subject is a female word Pendejo is changed to its feminine form Pendeja, literally (a stupid woman) Note some words totally change meaning when changing them from their masculine form to feminine as in the case for Puta and Puto
Puto y'know doesn't mean Man-whore.
If you want to change it up you can substitute Puta for Golfa or Zorra (female fox; kind've a more "upper class" insult.)
