The most noticeable thing is that you are pronouncing ‘s’ like ‘th’. Of course this could just be a lisp. It sounds like each words is isolated from the others; there is little flow between them. In this regard you sort of sound like a robot scanning each word and saying it one by one. But overall if I heard you without any context, I’d assume you are from England.
