indonesian migrant worker riding around on heavily modified electric motorbikes
this trend arises because migrant workers do not generally have a driving license to ride a real motorbike, and these electric ones on paper only supposed to go 25 k/h. but the migrant workers heavily modify them with LED lights and faster motors so they can travel at 60kph and look cool too
according to the law you cannot carey a person, but most of the time you see 2 of them on one bike in a big group of bikes going to wherever indonesian migrant workers hang out.

i guess so. with these bikes you remove the battery and take it upstairs to charge it. often you will see an electricity outlet somewhere which is charging multiple batteries, with some indonesian migrant workers chatting in a group nearby
