The gun belonged to her cousin (the boy in the video and he acquired it by gangsters) and they wanted to show off how cool they were on stream. She didn't think it was loaded and intended to dry fire it while pointed at his head. I believe she accidentally shot herself soon afterwards but some argue that she immediately killed herself over it.
