the eurofighter has a far larger payload while the f-35 is limit to just four missiles bc of the stealth figuration while the eurofighter can have up to 12. this is a huge firepower advantage and the f-35 is also way slower, actually one of the slowest jets of all. and the f-35 is restricted to altitudes under 16 km, while the eurofighter can go up to 20km. the eurofighter is also lighter, so it can maneuver better.

Except the F-35 has external hardpoints it can use for missions where stealth isn't an issue.
If your point is that the F-35 can only carry four missiles in a stealth configuration, the Eurofighter can carry zero missiles in a stealth configuration.

speed, payload size and maneuverability are important only as long as you can achieve them while keeping a lot radar return on your aircraft.
you wont be able to use any of that speed and maneuverability if the enemy can achieve perfect tracking of your aircraft from far greater ranges than you can.

It was especially obvious here in Finland because we were testing different jets for our future fighter. Thankfully the FDF made the right decision and we ordered 64 F-35s.
