Why are Finnish happy ?

People are in depression in winter because it is cold and there is no Sun and the winter is 11 months on 12 in Finland.

Its explained somewhere but basically your people are satisfied with their lives, have trust in their government, and are in good health. I don't think its an actual survey of how happy each person is, so there can still be miserable people who's existence gets glossed over solely because they have access to healthcare. This explains why, despite supposedly being the happiest country in the world, Finland has a suicide rate higher than other, less happy countries.
