Stop drinking

Sweat senpai

Easy. Cut out trash, start eating at a calorie deficit, and do some cardio. 1kg a week is attainable with discipline.

Why in 7 weeks?

I lost 3 kg in a week for being so stressed that I was constantly nauseous and couldn't eat anything. You should try it.

just go to the gym, it's the only thing that makes me manage my weight properly

Or otherwise I will be sent to fat camp (government program)

intermittent fasting, 8km walk every day. GO!

fasting

My plan is to just eat 1 small meal per day and drink only tea and water. I’ve already lost 7kg in 2 weeks doing this, but most of that was water weight.
The real journey begins now.

>fat camp
are you 200kg? i've never heard of anyone being sent to fat camp here

Stop eating, that's literally all you have to do you fucking fat fucking nigger

I was 70kg before the pandemic. Then both my parents died + COVID shit and I went up to 90kg,

I'm 82kg now but I still feel like shit

damn
how'd they die

smartest swede

Well maybe the Swede would like to confirm that they died from the vaccine instead of assuming.

Eat 9000 cal less per week

I'm sorry for your loss, fatty

One from COVID, one from cancer.

Put the fork down fattie

1kg a week is easy.

Eat only fruit with lots of fiber and over 5 litres of water every day, you will have diarrhea for days and the carbohydrates of the fruit will barely keep you alive and DONT GET ANY KIND OF DISEASE EVEN IF IT'S A VERY MILD ONE BECAUSE IT CAN KILL YOU, but if you manage to make it you will lose a lot of weight without that much effort.

I lost 4kg in 4 days by doing cardio and staving myself

I ate 300g chips and 400g chocolate today

Go to the swimming pool 2/week for 40'.

You're welcome.

what were you so stressed about?
