Viktor Tsoi, from the Soviet post-punk band KINO, was very influential to many modern eastern European bands like Molchat Doma, Nurnberg, and Chernovskaya Hata.
Is he known in your country? I've spotted a few zoomer goth girls wearing shirts with his band or face on it. It's still just a niche crowd though and the average American probably never heard of him.
