How? Are you using a proxy or something? Southeastern England is objectively worse than the rest of England, so you lose already. Obviously, the Balkans are worse than the rest of Europe. SE USA is the worst part. Melbourne is the most shit part of Australia. SE Asia is literally like a hellhole. French Canadians aren't human beings. The only possible point of contention would be Africa, but no one cares about Africa in general, and it's all really horrible.
