Family search is free, use the records don’t trust the trees you find (although they can be good guides if you verify) Geni also has trees to guide you (again verify with records)
all i can remember off the top of my head. i am the ultimate mutt of the british isles.
Geni seems to be very self reported and almost no one post sources, I'l have a look at family serach
What kind of program do you use to revise this.
I tried ms paint and the flag will look extremly horrible whenever I try to resize it.
I used MS paint but don't understand why you need to resize it?
Use Geni only if you want to see what other people found to guide your research, definitely don’t use anything without verifying with records.
If I copy paste the flag into this picture the flag is way bigger than the blank so I need to make it smaller but whenever I do that the flag gets pixelated with low quality
my parents are cousins. grandparents from each side are 3 third cousins to each other... a fucking riddle it would be to make a tree like that.
You could do this sort of stuff
I used a smaller template because I don't know much further back. When I placed another flag on top of the US flag it means they were an immigrant from that country. The lines that were in the US further than 5 generations back are mostly of English descent.
yeah the flags do actually get low quality if you zoom in but if you zoom out you don't really notice it
