there are a slew of younger russians that are 7-8/10 in terms of self determination, originality, creativity, and the aforementioned characteristics.

Below this is the bulk of older russians that have fallen into an uncomfortable fervor of old age, nostalgia, pride, and insecurity, they are 3/10
