Are your ancestors Russian noblemen?

Absolutely not.

I don't NEED to know my ancestry. WHY? Because I am American. In the future, people will be testing their DNA results and tracing it back to ME to answer this question. 100% American.

>inb4 the Armenian user shows up

I don't have any

Funny how 23andme is the only one who decides to constantly throw trace amounts of African in my profile.

I'm from NZ and all my ancestors can be traced within 3 generations to UK/Ireland/Germany but my Haplo is I2a2a (Balkan 10000 years ago)

My results on 23andMe were:

>51% Italian - Calabria/Campania
>47% British/Irish - County Cork
>2.4% Levantine

Remainder was just unspecified.

*50% Italian

I'm half Portuguese/Galician, a good part north italian, colonial and north african from Egypt.

Which DNA website would work best to try tot race my mom's family since she is adopted?

Attached: MyLivingDNA.jpg (1177x525, 87K)

Ancestry is more widely used. I found out my mother was adopted after doing Ancestry. She was forced to tell me when my results came back and didn’t make any sense. Basically my mother’s great-uncle adopted her and raised her with his wife. I grew up believing they were my biological grandparents. When I took the test, I had people who I thought were my first cousins show up as distant relatives. And I had a bunch of people who I had never heard of show up as close relatives. I’ve never met any of them and probably never will.
