The large building in this photo is the size of a regular commie block in most other countries. It goes to show how our major cities are filled with small, tightly packed, individual apartment buildings which create this chaotic look.

Depends on your job, how much you're going to earn. The expats I've met have their Northern European-tier salaries so they love it.
