Even the US (Melville, Cole Porter) and Canada (Neil Young, Leonard Cohen) have a lot of great culture.
The UK has, along with the German, the Italians and the French, the greatest culture since the Greeks/Romans.
The only comparison would be Japanese, Hindu and Chinese culture, but European culture is significantly superior to all others.
