Russia has effectively thwarted any effort of Ukraine ever joining GAYTO, has taken Luhansk, Donetsk, Kharkyv, amongst many other cities and will never cede them anymore. It's also inveitable that they take Kiev sooner or later. Sure looks like a defeat to me!
