My salary, (21k p/a), is considered extremely poor here. What's considered poor in your country?
My salary, (21k p/a), is considered extremely poor here. What's considered poor in your country?
You wouldn't survive on that salary here, even in the most rural outskirts of Finnmark. In fact, that's less than what you get in welfarebux. Are you working part time?
if you're single and make less than 781€ per month after taxes you are considered poor apparently
that's less than 10k€ per year
Full time call centre wageslave, I've been applying to jobs pretty much every hour since I landed it, hopefully I'll be on 27ish by summer
I thought Germans were rich
less than 15k€ annually, povertyline for single person household.
Is that gross or net? I make about the same gross here (24k euros) as a code monke, it's meant to be above average.
Does that factor in gibs? Someone on that salary can claim the esa here
Gross. I have almost not expenditure since I'm living with my parents though
i dont go to work
i pick food from the garden and fish from the see
and for electricity i use solar panels
i live alone so i dont consomme that much
>Full time call centre wageslave,
Jesus Christ. Is it even possible to survive on that in the UK?
we're not, but those numbers surprise even me, that's very low
781€ is way below minimum wage, so I don't see how that's even possible
Below 25k is poor here. You won't have much left after rent and necessities. Minimum wage is ~12k
As long as you aren’t in one of the top 5 biggest cities it is doable
You literally make less than I do.
Like 40k and under, somewhere between 40-50k I’d say is where middle class starts, upper middle at like 250k
>Does that factor in gibs? Someone on that salary can claim the esa here
Thats pretty much what neets get annually, you should make alteast 20k€ with any fulltime position, most likely if you only make 15k€ you can get some extra gibs.
for a one person household 1328 € / month is considered the poverty line so 18 610 € / year
poor here is less than 200 USD/month per person
yea
No. I'm not paying any rent whatsoever though. A house is a pipe dream unless I start earning over 30k, (which I fully intend on doing within the next two years).
Maybe the government wants to make it harder for people to be classified as poor so they hand out less gibs?
>that's pretty much what neets get annually
NEETs here unironically get about 5k a year lol
Here anything below 5k usd a year is poverty. Yet most don't make that sum of money.
>tfw your country's currency is getting absolutely worthless in front of your eyes and by the end of this year average monthly wage here would reduce in dozens of times
>What's considered poor in your country?
Soon everyone who makes more than $10/month would be considered rich in Russia.
>I thought Germans were rich
Now you know the truth
Um, Any Forums told me that is based.
you should make another thread, it's been a while
just overthrow monke man, it cant be that hard bro
Swiss salaries are misleading because they have like, double the living costs of any other western European country.
