ur mom
Camden Cook
Well, things surely didn't change for good since the 2012 meme date, so here's that.
Juan Cruz
>nobody says these things About 2/3 of the population here does.
Kayden Collins
No religion is dead and dying here. Which is good.
Gavin Bennett
Men do it here too.
Jordan Howard
>horoscopes >astrology >fortune tellers >numerology >bio-energo-therapists >Feng Shui >Chigong Yikes! Getting white woman vibes from these >some video of an Indian guy telling you good things are nice >Baba Vanga >Nostradamus >some bearded guy predicted this >THIS GUY ON WHATSUP SAID THAT..... >"""natural""" supplements with "Dacia" and green leaves on them, exactly the same as normal medicine Now that's based
Alexander Price
This sort of mysticism and superstition is actually against Christianity
Nathaniel Hughes
Religion was historically hostile to superstition. These things happen more now in place of it.
Lincoln Green
Yes, this phenomenon occurs in my country.
Elijah Russell
>mysticism and superstition All religions are not against these things. They simply want a monopoly on them.
Austin Torres

I mean that in the case of Christianity there are verses that specifically speak against some of these practices, like sorcery and false prophets, so it's dumb when Christians do them.
Gabriel Peterson
You might interpret it like that. But in the case of Christianity in Europe there was a clear distinction between rational, proper religiosity and superstition (or even fanaticism). The state and Science have fully taken over this category and largely placed religion in the other, though this is mostly about appearances as it is hugely important intellectually and culturally, being the source of all that, even though it is fashionable to hold it in disdain. Christian philosophy progressed to the point of refuting the religion. Though today everyone is philosophically inept and ignorant so the position is even worse.
Ryder Clark
I guess it's understandable for some people, but many do it for worse reasons.
Jayden Richardson
And the sort of folk practices like charms and things were always thought of as dumb and irrational by le enlightened clergy.
Charles Jenkins
Sadly, yes. These "people" need to be culled.
Joshua Lopez
>like charms and things were always thought of as dumb and irrational by le enlightened clergy. >*takes your wood carved idol and cuts it into a cross* Its a changing of the guard. Religion cannot due away with superstition or mysticism because its fundamentally its foundation. No matter how much artifice is build on top of it. I agree with the aussie that it can collapse under its own weight THOUGH.
