If you go to a top university don't study STEM unless you're really passionate about it. Just pick a non-STEM and enjoys the life, women and work opportunities that a degree from a prestigious university brings.
t. enlightened former STEMfag
If you go to a top university don't study STEM unless you're really passionate about it...
i dropped out of uni twice and am 40k in hecs debt and have never had a job and i am 24 lol
What did you studied? How is the job market in Vietnam for engineers?
if i have to take one more fucking lab i am going to lose it
>went for med
>went to computer science after a while
>realized I absolutely fucking loathe STEM
>I should've gone for an easy course like business
>dropped out in 2019
>going to college for nursing now since graduating with business this late would only land me a low paying position
Don't fall for the STEM meme if you're still young
Did you complete your cs degree at least?
I'm a stemfag and i want to neck myself everyday even though i feel like it's a great degree that could help with everything even if i didn't work in the area
Kek, better check your degree audit.
I was a stem student ,it was not that hard because I competed in national scientific olympics when I was a teenager
But i left when i found out theres no job for engineers here
Now i am trying to enter at the medical university
Is it ever too late to enter college?
>tfw law student
>be refugeepean
>fell for the CS meme
What is even the point of work if not in STEM? I can't fathom just being a useless cog leaching off or just doing something menial and replaceable, wanted to end up in science since I was like 4
This. STEM is pretty bad considering the things you lose in order to study it, but i would fucking hate myself for the rest of my life and consider myself a leech if i didnt
Yeah, and remember that shifting out is not as bad as it seems.
t. just realized this last semester
or just get into CS, compared to engineering its way easier
eh
STEM might be hell I'd rather headbutt an oncoming truck than be in pretty much anything else
EEE fag here. STEM is obviously very hard and soul consuming. Half of the engineering students would be at least 1 semester behind without the whole coronavirus pandemic and online lectures. But still STEM is a very solid choice because it makes you would be a respected engineer instead of a soulless pawn. (all higher up management jobs are given by nepotism so STEM at least rewards hard workers.)
nah engineering work is based fuck working with other people and their dramas and since nobody understands what the fuck you are doing, you can chill the fuck out and dont need to rush.
i design building plans for construction as a freelancer and work 3h a day because i streamlined the process, can work from wherever i want. make around 45000€ net a year
VERY German post.
I went into architecture
>engineercuck
You are my bitch
No you're just a germshit. I make 67k per year
>student loan
lmao, do 3rdies really?
