depends really. there's a big disparity between wealthy and poor, the poor areas are really fucking bad but the wealthy areas are better than pretty much anywhere else in the cunt. problem is that everything is so expensive, also traffic is shit. weather and scenery is very nice though and there's a lot of things to do. also people aren't as fat in CA as the rest of thee country which is nice.
