>In France Private DNA paternity testing is illegal, including through laboratories in other countries, and is punishable by up to a year in prison and a €15,000 fine. The French Council of State has described the law's purpose as upholding the "French regime of filiation" and preserving "the peace of families."

Interesting French culture

Explain yourselves, frogs.

Cucked by feminist theory

The don’t want normies to find out that they are all Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Jewish, Nafri, Polish mutts

This is probably in order to give the child as much protection as possible. They aren't responsible for their parents actions.

This is insanely absurd, how this could even have been considered is beyond me

>to give the child as much protection as possible

How does this work then? A woman with a child can just randomly choose a guy, claim he is the father and then he is forced to pay for the child's upbringing?

Yes

Wait no, The French man can abandon the kid completely he's just not legally allowed to check if the kid is actually his or not.

Welcome to cucked westy country politics. If you question it publicly you lose your job at minimum.

kek

How is the French government going to know if a French father got a paternity test in another country? Also interesting how no French anons have commented yet.

can he THOUGH?

Does france have child support
If so, how does it work because there's no way in proving who the father us

You don't think a man who suspects his child isn't his and that his wife was not loyal to him might be bad for the child?

Probably would give beatings to the kid

>their parents actions
But if its not your childrein its not your action lol, they are basically forcing you to be slave to someone else child because... uh oh..

>Also interesting how no French anons have commented yet.
It's 6 AM.

So what if you refuse to sign the birth certificate as the parent? Then they really do pull a DNA test? I can't imagine anything so cucked

It was 4am in France when you posted this

It is illegal to do it on your own but if you think that the kid is not yours and you ask a divorce you can be allowed to do one so you dont have to pay child support if it is the case

But real question, if you are a normal funtionning couple why would you want to take a paternity test, are other country so insecure that they will make paternity test after each baby ?

So?
