I'd say 15% would count as real whites, the rest are mutts of varying degrees from full brown orcs to light-skinned castizos such as myself.

their new constitution will doom them for the next years. chileans simply weren't able to understand the reasons of why their country became the most prosperous one in LatAm and now are going to burn everything to the ground. I don't care if it has a finger of Pinochet on it, it definitely has things that had positive effects and for that reason they should be preserved, not entirely erased like this new president wants to do.
