At your age people find a meaning in life by starting a startup. Not for everyone but I guess you should find a way to "create" something, be it with hobbies or a company. What I miss the most about youth was the constant feeling of progressing. I'm in my mid-twenties and I feel kinda stagnant even though I am not a NEET.
