Our economies are too little to support a sizable army and the little military equipment and personel we can pay for is mostly dedicated to shoot narcos so we simply have almost nothing to shoot other countries with.

Because our history is very young so we are not keeping assblast for milenia like the rest and noone of us has real claims while all of us can freely migrate between ciuntries so whats the point
