The Reason why Japanese Kamikazes worked at the beginning of the war was because one Fighter equaled one Warship which was very favorable. But by the end of that war Japanese lost all their good Pilots and had to use peasants with zero flying skills which eventually backfired heavily for Japanese and caused them to lose the attrition war.
Just learn from Japanese. Like video games. Like Anime and manga. Be happy!
