Yeah, we call it "dijous gras" which also translates to fath thursday. The food that we traditionally eat is "botifarra d'ou" or egg sausage. It's a white sausage that has eggs, and quite delicious!

Yeah. We have bibingka in the Philippines. It's a rice cake with bits of salted egg and cheese inside and served on top of a banana leaf. You can also sprinkle some grated coconut meat.
Usually we eat this during christmas season but I usually buy one on weekends since I like the taste and texture.
