Pure heroin is really expensive and hard to find these days, you're more likely to find fentanyl instead which is not nearly as fun and can easily kill you.

Depressing. I used to make fun of Americans but these days I feel aggrieved on their behalf. Richest country in the history of the planet and their political leaders don't give a fuck about them, although the problem is much deeper than that. The USA needs a wholesale reevaluation on how it's governed, but practically no country would be game for that when not faced with a revolution or gargantuan catastrophe, let alone one so enamored with its constitution as the USA.
