Um, for Islamic terrorists specifically usually it refers to LGBTQ+ rights and womens rights. Perhaps freedom of expression/religion as well, though that tends to be less of a focus. (This is the ONLY time right wingers pretend to care about LGBTQ+ rights, just like they pretend to care about women's sports when it comes time to talk about LGBTQ+ rights at home)

Nothing specific. We’re just told that America = freedom as kids and it sticks. Ideally our constitution offers some freedoms like gun ownership, private assembly, free speech, etc which may not be granted in other developed nations. Or at least not explicitly protected as rights. By those standards, our own politicians are probably a greater threat than terrorists, even if they have better intentions.
