Israeli isn't really an ethnicity though. One could even argue that there is a pretty big difference between Mizrahim and Ashkenazim enough to call them separate ethnicities. Hell maybe even sperate Sephardics. Ethiopian Jews are definitely something else too. Also a huge chunk of Israel (not just the west bank) is literally just Muslim Arabs.
