there are multiple massive cities in arizona, and in fact the entire population of montana is only a little more than half of the population of phoenix, arizona
thusly, the political landscape in those two places is not even remotely comparable
additionally, there are practically no spics in montana yet (thank god)

Texas is flyover, south and north florida should be reversed, both Carolinas are flyover, Vermont, NH and Maine are flyover, and Georgia and Delaware and probably Rhode Island

Strangely enough, I'd say Texas west of the Balcones escarpment is flyover and the Salt Lake valley in Utah should be considered not flyover.
